The driver was very prompt in making a telephone call to see where I was. The booking procedure was however easy to get wrong and I still don't know exactly who you are!
When I wanted guidance I could not find your telephone number and was eventually put through to the wrong firm, much to our mutual embarrassment. At a guess your driver was a sub contractor, but your correct name remains a mystery!"
